The cashiers are friendly, and the place is well maintained. Doesn't smell weird like some other Smith's/Kroger I've been to. I ride my bike there, so the bike rack out front is nice. Better prices on most things than Maceys, and they  have really good deals on fruit pretty often.

I think their prices are really high comparatively speaking. Also, if buying produce check it thoroughly before you purchase. I get in a hurry and forget sometimes then get home and half my bag of grapes or oranges are rotten or my mellon has soft spots from sitting to long.

It's a small town feel grocery store.  It's small and doesn't have the amenities that the larger stores provide.  I love that it's easy to get the help you need and the staff is very friendly.  It's also not as busy as the other stores during peak shopping hours.
