They have taken care of our pets from health to inevitable death. The price is not on the low end but service and care is top notch. Dr Amy Land is our preferred vet and out of this world. Big thanks to this team for all you do.

Compassionate, well-staffed veterinary hospital with after-hours emergency services and excellent diagnostic technology. Unfortunately, their professionalism is offset by some of the highest prices I have ever encountered for veterinary services. If cost is not a concern for you, I can offer my highest recommendation.

I like this vet but dread having to deal with the front desk staff. Today, after about 220 worth tests and meds for my two dogs I asked if they had given me a larger box of heart worm pills and if it was cheaper. No, they had given me two smaller boxes and it was $5 more expensive. The response was. "Do you really want to change this for $5" Yes, of course! (and you should have saved me the $5 to start with instead of my asking). The front desk staff always appears to have a lot of trouble driving the computer system and usually forgets that there's a customer on the other side of the desk.

I started bringing my cat to Smith's Cat Clinic a little over a year ago and he and I both love this place!! Being a bit of a trouble maker he makes frequent vet visits so having a competent vet clinic that he is comfortable with is very important to me. Smith's is always caring, professional, and reasonably priced. I've already taken the vaccinations records for my new rescue kitten to Smith as this will be her vet too! Highly recommended!

I really like the vets and techs here. I am giving this bad 1 star review so that owners/management will PLEASE give the front desk staff some training on how to use the computer system and get customers in and out fasters and also a refresher on friendly customer service. My last trip there took 20 mins to check in and then another 20 mins to check out. There was no thank you at the end, and there was some marked annoyance that I made another request during the checkout transaction. I would also guess by the number of front desk personnel that this is costing this vet a fortune in time and labor.
