They were very good along the way as our dog went downhill, but the mobile unit that came to our house was not good putting him down. They could not get the meds in the vein to calm him so eventually just shot him in the heart. It was a very sad time of course, but we paid for both meds I'm sure and there was no offer for partial refund. Not that I would have necessarily taken it but it would have been acknowledgment that they understood it did not go as planned and it was harder on our boy.

They treated my dog well. She did nip my dogs nail but overall a good experience.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Pawz To Care! I walked into their vet clinic this morning with my male miniature schnauzer . He had been vomiting a lot after getting an insect bite. Dr. Lauryn was very professional, polite, & listened as I explained what I suspected happened to him. My previous vet could not take him in today, & did not even give me any alternative recommendations of where to take him. Thank you Pawz To Care staff for helping my Winston! I will be seeing you again for my shihpoo too. I also will be recommending your clinic services to my friends.
