I have always loved this place. It's a superb breakfast spot an is also great for lunch and dinner. There's just something amazingly awesome about those pancakes...
We went in the morning among a moderate breakfast crowd, and the staff seemed to handle Things okay. Our waitress was scheduled to go on break when we got there so she took our order and switched our server, which is totally acceptable, but the other guy did seem to be serving a lot of people at once and wasn't able to make it to our table other than to greet us. I won't dock points on that though. He was definitely working, it just slows things down when your servers are spread so thin, ya know? There wasn't a terrible wait time for our order to arrive, despite the crowd, and the food was absolutely delicious! The pancakes were as good as I've always remembered them and the portions are always a good bang for your buck! It's also in a convenient location just off the highway for the traveling folk. I'd highly recommend it!!

One of our family favorites, it's a unique, charming mom & pop style of place. One of the best things is the gluten free pancakes... Can barely tell they're GF! Good family environment, plenty of seating, friendly staff, just  make sure to beat the crowd on Sunday morning!! And the cinnamon rolls.... SO GOOD!

Great paintings on they're walls. Some are for sale. Service is spotty, food can be very good or bad depending on server, how the kitchen is organized which requires wait staff to remember who gets what so it doesn't arrive way too late. I sent mine back. Other meals very good. Consistency in service and quality means a lot. I think the owner (mgr) is a wonderful person and treats her customers very well. I hope the best for this place as it has potential beyond what I experienced. Good help needed here to make it GREAT, every day, every meal.

I take my client there because she loves their pancakes.  Yesterday my plate was placed in front of me with a long black hair on the plate and under the food .  Yuck!  I had her take it back and I heard them in the kitchen all laughing about it.  We were served not much later and more brought out. By this time I had lost my appetite.  She brought us a bill... And not even a discount for the terrible incident!  They lost regular long time customers for good!

The food is good; big portions, but many are a la-cart.
I had the German pancake for $8.19 that didn't come with anything else. I had to order bacon for $3.99 for 4 pieces and 2 eggs for $2.09. So my breakfast costs $14.27. My husband had the Chicken fried steak for $10.99. The steak was a little tough and chewy. We think it's a cheap cut of beef.
Service was alright, nothing exceptional.
