Amazing staff! Food was great. The employees really care about the quality of food and their customers. my steak came out very grisly but the chef was so sweet and brought me a new piece that was so much more delicious. Also, being in a rush, I forgot and left my phone and wallet in the bathroom they were so courteous they actually found it for me put it in the office for me.

I really wanted to like this place! The redeeming quality of the whole experience was the wonderful waitress! She did a stellar job given the kitchen and bar tending staffs mess ups. It was not crowded yet it still took 40 minutes to receive Our drinks. Our appetizer took 45 minutes to come to the table and it was cold. The food arrived 75 minutes after we ordered ... It had been allowed to sit while they figured out how to get the fried green tomatoes cooked... So everyone's food was cold. The fried green tomatoes arrived ten minutes later. If the food has been warm, it would have been tasty. The flavors seemed good. Such a waste of $120!

This place has good food, great service and will definitely will be back. Andrew was our server and he was awesome. Checked backed often and got us everything we needed!! Very polite and very informative about menu items. This guy could sell ice to an Eskimo!!! Check this place out!!!!

Victoria was amazing. She was very helpful and honest about the food choices. She was very willing to help. The food to is amazing and a really good view. Smokey bones has parts set up like a sports bar but also a nice eating restaurant part. The TVs are not over whelming like many sports bars. The wing sauces are wonderful with so many variety.

I ordered take out and ran into some issues. The person working the to-go counter apparently didn't have the training required to process payments. Myself and others had to wait around until another employee could come work the register. My order was mostly right, but the sides of sauces were missing. The customer behind me had missing items too including a salad and some sides. Now, that being said, the ribs were good and the appetizer was good. I ordered the chocolate cake for dessert and it was just ok. The ice cream was literally freezer burned and the cake was a little dry. Overall it was a decent meal, but I won't be rushing to go back anytime soon.
