Established May 1, 2008, we are a independently owned and operatred hardware store located in Smyrna, De.

Story

Serving our community since 2008, we have grown with the needs of the Smyrna/Clayton Community. Offering a large selection of hardware and home improvement needs for the home owner and the contractor, including an extensive line of nuts and bolts, plumbing, electrical, lawn&garden, and offering customized Valspar computer paint match. Other services include key cutting, rekeying locks, glass&plexi cutting, screen&window repair, hunting&fishing licenses, live and frozen bait, Blue Rhino Propane tank exchange, UPS shipping and Uhaul Rentals. We offer a relaxed shopping environment and offer excellent customer service, we are very informative and friendly. "Let us help you do it right"

I have shop at this hardware store for the last past 9 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the employees customer service and all the items I have purchased.  I always have question and they are always willing to help me with anything I ask.  I have purchase some heavy items and the young men there always take it to my car and refuse the tip I try to give them, they always respond to me that its there job.  What wonderful people work there.  I'm so thankful they are part of our community.

Fishing rods to top soil... And any hardware you need. I needed a drill bit for a job in Smyrna( every kind of bit from top names). 
Friendly cashier.  Great hours..

Went back for a better steel bit(heavy outter door).. She was helpful..went w carbide tip kobalt.. Hardened steel pain in ass..

Horrible customer service. lost a customer for life. I will never go there again. I try to give local customers business not the store stay clear

On Thurs 4/27/17 I came to the store around 1 or so I needed to buy bbq cleaner I was in the cleaning aisle and this woman was there and she was on the phone I started to ask her where it was and she put her hand up signaling me to stop I thought she was speaking to a customer but she was having a personal conversation This went on for over 10mins I was going to get this and other items I needed but her rudeness and blatant ignorance to ignore a paying customer was just too much I went up front and asked the clerk who was in the cleaning aisle I was told her name is Tonya..Perhaps Tonya would be better suited in a non customer service position I will not shop here and my friends and family all know who she is from shopping here and apparently she does this at the register along with airing her personal business to customers in line all the time.  I"m a  manager for a company and I do not tolerate this kind of behavior in my work place and she would be terminated!
