We offer free LIVE classes and 24 hour classes with "Fitness On Demand" a video class on a ten foot screen with 75 classes to choose from! YOU decide when to have YOUR class! We even have a "Women's Only" area - the latest trend in modern gym services. Tanning for all will be available as well for only $29.99 per month added to your membership! Your membership is more than just the gym, you get a free customized web page to design your own workout routines, diet plans based on foods YOU like and nutrition tips and more!
