I was pretty excited to try a new place with nutritious food.  So, this was my very first order with Snap Kitchen.  I created an account.  Placed my order and paid on the Snap Kitchen website.  It stated delivery was free through Favor.  Received a message that my order was on the way with an estimated time of delivery.  An hour after the estimated delivery time, still no delivery.  I called several times and got a recording and did leave a message.  I then called the actual store and spoke to a woman that said my order was there but had not been picked up by a delivery person yet.  She said she would call me back and let me know what was going on.  She never called me back.  Instead, I received an e-mail that a delivery driver was not available and my order had been cancelled.  That's a great way to make a first impression.

Went in today to purchase some meals. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged for that matter by the young lady working. She sat behind the counter reading whatever she was reading, because it was way more important than doing er job. I proceeded to grab a meal and asked a question about it, to which she didn't even bother to answer me. She simply shook her head no as if I was bothering her. I put the meal back and walked out to which she then decided that was the opportunity to mumble under her breath and very unprofessional remark at me. I will never come back into this store again to purchase meals. You might want to hire better employees to better represent your brand and company.

I have always enjoyed the food. It is fresh and has I love the variety of flavors. I'm always excited to try new things there. I wish they would bring back the pumpkin pancakes!

The flat bread is a joke! Snap kitchen food is absolutely no difference from a frozen microwave meal other than the price. Save money and grab something from the frozen section of your grocery store. I couldn't be more displeased.
