This place is amazing! They not only measure your feet, they check where your wear is on your sneakers- so bring your old ones. This helps them direct you to a shoe that supports how you run.  They also have a machine to tell if you probate. Another cool thing- there’s a treadmill so you can try out the sneakers. Lastly they allow you to exchange the shoes as long as you have not worn them outside- so you can wear them on the treadmill for a full run to see if they hurt. They ordered me a shoe twice when the first 2 didn’t work out. I will be coming back here for all my sneakers!

This store is terrific. Nancy is so knowledgeable and helps get you in the right gear, from sneakers to running clothing and accessories. Just because of the service and products they carry, I keep going back again and again. Really awesome.

Update: after writing this review I decided to visit the store, and once again, my visit proved an excellent idea! Nancy and another very kind and helpful associate (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) got me into some new perfect gear and they even gave me some great running advice. I never write reviews but I simply had to comment on how great this store is and how helpful the staff was. Also, they have great products. If you are into fitness and running, this store is well worth the visit rather than buying online.

I stopped in on Saturday to get a pair of sneakers for high and low impact exercise. Danny was very knowledgeable and helpful and got the right pair for my feet. So far so good , my feet didn't hurt as much as last week.  Thanks

I had terrible arch pain until the Sneaker Factory fitted me properly with the best sneakers for me. Great people, not just sneakers, a really good selection of athletic wear too!  I love this place!

Kim helped me and she was very helpful and knowledgable about the different shoe options based on my foot pressure points.  I love my new running shoes, I have ran over 80 miles in 2 months and I would not consider myself a “die hard” runner.
