I had been getting IV therapy an another clinic whose scheduling became erratic over the summer, so I came here to have a back-up with a more stable, established schedule to keep my treatment schedule consistent. Had that proved true, I may have become a regular patient instead of an angry reviewer.

First, they will not accept an order from another office, even with bloodwork, and instead insisted I see their doctor and pay for bloodwork again. But the new "doctor" I saw didn't order the bloodwork. In fact during my visit I had to remind HER of the supplements she suggested. She seemed like a med student, not someone I would trust my longterm health with. 

The following week for my first IV appointment, I got a call just 30 minutes prior (as I was driving there) telling me that I indeed needed bloodwork and they could only do a push that day until the tests came back. While all this was happening, the person who does the IV and bloodwork proceeded to tell me a detailed story about her own foot injury, and how God had fixed her. I thought she was kidding, but I guess she confused sermon with doctor's office conversation. And for the record everyone, it's LYME DISEASE, not LYME'S. 

I scheduled out over a week to give the bloodwork time to come back so I could finally receive the IV therapy i need. I got a call but no message just yesterday from the office (too late to call back), and called in this morning, again AS I WAS DRIVING THERE, to confirm my appointment time, and they said the IV tech decided to take a vacation day and they couldn't see me. Had I not called in and made the effort that they could not or would not make, I would not have known. 

For twice the drive time and almost twice the cost, I expected a higher standard of care. If you expect professionalism, consistency, or affordable care, look elsewhere.

drs completely wasted my time and money, on more than one occasion 
 one said she was going to find out my genetic code and look into mast cell research then did not call me for several weeks ,
Next dr that she pushed me onto said she was going to also get back to me to run many tests then never called, I finally made an appointment ,she ran four blood vials and that's it , same things that have been run many times before , 
I never felt like these two listened ,
Dr Thomas who no longer works there was better than this ,  I came to naturopathic care to have them listen and care and I feel like it's the exact same thing I would get from western med and now I'm being referred yet again to another dr 
It's the fact that I really wasn't able to get my questions/ concerns answered 
It's not a good way to keep patients ,

What a blessing it has been since our family started going here. It's been life changing since. Can't say enough good or positive things about it. Every doctor, and staff member here is upbeat, pleasant, respectful, and truly cares about bringing natural and no toxic healing to the mind, body, and soul. I was the one saying I'd never try acupuncture, but after reading and hearing positive outcomes I thought what do I have to lose. It was my last option besides enduring more pain, deformations or surgeries. Acupuncturist Johnathan is amazing! He's very professional and knowledgeable. Just another life changing experience for me. Our daughter has never felt better knowing all the sensitivities she has and allergies. Thank you for helping bring balance and healing to our families bodies. Even though it's a hit and miss you never give up on us and only see what's going on to get to the root of the matter. We are grateful for your help and expertise as we journey through our daily health needs and complications. 😊

Every single member of the staff here is among the nicest professionals in all of Snohomish.  They are so knowledgeable and balanced in their holistic approach, I recommended them to my own wife and, of course, to our friends anytime I have an opportunity!
