great for the price!  If you are bug-laden, You can scrub the bugs off really easily with their solution and brush before getting an automatic wash.

Took a minute to get the soap going in the carpet shampooer and worked towards end of countdown, so I wasted the first dollar. The second time it was working just fine, could use some maintenance/upkeep.
