I just rinsed my truck off it took about 2 mins. they charged my card 10 dollars. And no one answers the phone number they provide.

If your vehicle is dirty they will charge you more money. Really?! You're a car wash. A little mud in the wheel wells and they want to charge another $8. Plus service was rude and slow. Left with out a car wash and won't go back.

Extremely rude and offensive customer service!!! 

Went to car wash for the first time. There was some confusion on  how far to pull up before the car wash started. Called the owner for instruction, he met with us 10 minutes later.  What followed was extremely rude and offensive behavior! 

 He guided us into the car wash station but swore loudly every time we misunderstood his direction.

 The services offered by the car wash station was not up to par with the various descriptions. 
After the car wash was complete we immediately left to go look for a another one that met our basic standards.
