A whole entire mess! It's been 3 hours and im still here. All the staff went on lunch and closed their windows for an hour and a half! Everyone is rude, no answers. 10 thumbs down. Worst experience ever.

The waiting can be very long. It could take hours of waiting in the same place. I would rather be in a different place then here.

I want to give this place zero star if your an AOS applicant do not go here they won't Issue you a state id card with EAD approval notice and they will not go on USCIS site to verify your approval to work. so be sure to have your EAD card in hand before you go to this office

They follow this slow system where they have you pick a number, but it appears at though they jump and skip numbers. They also call the numbers twice and then when incompetent fools don’y realize it’s their number, they call their name. It should be the number called just twice instead of 3 times then their name. That is a waste of TIME.

I'd rather give zero stars, second time having to deal with this location for my dad in the year and a half since he started receiving benefits. They are very slow, it's always very crowded, not enough seating at all, and we are going on our 4th hour wait and getting information or cooperation from them is next to impossible. They make it very difficult to help loved ones that are blind, hearing impaired, disabled in any way, or mentally unable to understand things on their own. This location always has staffing issues and their tv system doesn't always update with numbers they are calling. We usually use the Palos Hills location, but apparently due to our living in Midlothian, get stuck shoved into the completely unhandleable location in Chicago heights which is also an incredibly inconvenient location since it's in the opposite direction of anywhere we go. The boundaries make no sense.
