I wouldn’t  say everyone was polite... the Latin guard/info desk attendant was incredibly rude to everyone and could careless whether or not incoming people were getting the right numbered tickets for their service. I don’t speak Spanish, while lots of people there only spoke Spanish. The guard would make announcements in English only, and when someone alerted him that a few people don’t speak English, his reply was “well, they should speak English here” ... then proceeded to speak with a college of his in Spanish. Besides all of this, I thought the office was okay, service procedure and waiting times are the usual DMV standards, nothing better. My transaction was done and finished in under an hour... attendant who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable.

Everyone in this office is polite, educated, and empathetic to their customers. This office is the best place to go as it is organized and friendly. My mother in law went to three other social security offices and never got the assistance, in fact, was told she was not entitled to benefits. This office heard what we had to say and found that she had benefits. They resolved everything. Special thanks to Johanna.

Wow, i can't believe how this office treats us when we call in. Once someone finally answers and we start talking they hang up on us. Happened three times to me today . I can't believe how these Federal Workers treat the public! As a former government employee I would have been fired for something like that and my pension taken away! Tell me is this a Little Havana thing???? So sad....!
