Worst customer service. Windows representative were just chatting and punching hours for our tax dollar. Most of us have to wait for ever for most of Representatives.

If I would give them negative stats or point I would give to them. Every month I report my wages and send and drop my pay stubs to the office for SSI. And every month some how they report my wages so wrong. I asked them how they calculate my wages they says "oh. Well we don't look at you pay stubs we estimate how much you made each month". Why the hell am I wasting my damn time and mail and drop them off every month month they don't look. Worst office ever. Everyone is super rude and always blame on the constumer for there mistakes and lose or misplace papers.

Visited couple of times. One for getting my ssn and another for getting ineligibility letter for my wife. Waiting time was too long but we got what we went for.

The times posted as 6pm and 6:30pm on Wednesday are VERY WRONG!! The place closes at4pm... regular government time Lol! Don't waste your time thinking you have time and go there just to be disappointed.
