If possible I would rate this company with no stars what so ever. Their name should be 3 Men and A Nightmare Movers. The crew sent to me had no idea what they were doing. I have thousand s of dollars of damage and will be filing a lawsuit against them. They didn't even announce they were finish. They just drove off as they knew that they had made damaged so many items. Four calls to the office and the owner never called back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!

One of the most helpful movers I've been to. I showed up one morning to make deliveries in town and needed assistance. This moving company went out of their way to help me. I had a number of treadmills to deliver to the college, they provided me help, a truck, and forklift.... amazing actions of someone I've never met before!

We highly recommend Soft Touch moving for any of your moving needs. We recently hired them to move a 3 bedroom apartment to the East Coast. On the day of the move, the crew were early for a 6:30am start time, they worked quickly, and took great care of our things. 24 hours later, they arrived on-time and went above and beyond in moving the furniture into a 2nd floor apartment in a 120 year old victorian house with a narrow and curved staircase. We will always recommend Soft Touch as they were easy to deal with, competitively priced, professional and trustworthy.

Ben, Daniel and Tommy did an excellent job with our move. We were moving from Bloomington to Avon with a tight deadline to get out of our home and into our new home. They worked quickly but took great care with our possessions and both homes. The quality of their work was amazing. Not to mention spending 8+ hours with 3 guys you've never met is made a lot easier when they are personable and funny. Sure, you get a bit of locker room talk but that didn't bother me at all. The final bill came in just under what was quoted (a pleasant surprise) and they were professional and gracious the entire time. They told me that they just got back from a long move and had been on the road for about 2 weeks, so they fact that they didn't check out and mail it in during my move says a lot about their character. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I've used this company several times over the last 5 years. They helped move my father's belongings around different local spots as well as two in-state moves. They do a good job and the movers have been really good at what they do. This latest move from Bloomington to Vincennes went very well. Ben, Sam, and Carter were magnificent. They had a big challenge to fit a large truck of oddly shaped items from the garage and various miscellaneous items of furniture and boxes into an already PACKED two car garage. They unpacked half the garage and rearranged it to fit just about everything in the truck. I will likely hire this company again to move my daughter from Bloomington to wherever, unless I can find a company that doesn't charge the hourly rate while goods are in transit and while workers are on break. Ben, Sam, Carter, thanks again.
