Ordered shoes one time, and got the wrong pair.. got the pair I wanted 2 weeks later. Then another time I spent over $1,000 on Yeezy's and they got lost from UPS. UPS proved they were lost and gave me confirmation to get a refund, but Sole Supremacy said I was lying and refused to refund me. I know 2 other people this happened to. I'm sure there a good company for the majority of the time. But the way they handle business is pathetic, so if you're buying a big purchase - just be cautious.

I love coming here whenever I'm on the other side of the Dumbarton bridge. My boyfriend surprised me with a pair of the bape nmd's but they were half a size too big. I searched all the forums online for  a size swap but no luck until I remembered that this place handles size swaps. I gave them a call they didn't have the size I was looking for but a day later I got a call back saying they got my size. They held onto it for me and it was an easy swap. I love coming here. Be sure to support your local shops.

Their mission statement is on point. Once you arrive, you see another side of you. These people will low ball you as much as they can. I know they are a business, and they are supposed to make money. They just take it way too far. Someone please tell me me why we pay taxes on resold shoes?? No other shop in the Bay does that. They need to humble themselves and stop low balling people.
