This place has been so good for not only my body but my mind and soul even more.   I love my Solid family and I couldn't imagine a tighter team to be a part of.  The coaches are so dedicated to helping us improve and the owners even made a special room for the kids to play so all the parents can go to class as much as possible.  I have never been a super athletic person....never done martial arts in my life.   Anyone can do it if they put their mind to it....especially with these people behind you.

I used train here off and on. The owners are pleasant people who treat people right! You can always find someone to spar or roll with because almost everyone there is a competitor,be it amateur or pro MMA fighters to people training for grappling tournaments.

I came here with very little experience and they were extremely patient with me if you come here they will accept you as family the training is fantastic and the community is great I guarantee you will love this gym
