Staff were rude and didn't want to help. Lost an almost 50k sale with this one. The guys at Toyota of Dothan are great and got the sale. Ended up buying to vehicles from Nathan and Paul over there.

I cannot say enough about how nice helpful and knowledgeable the service department is here. They have worked on my mother's Cadilliac and have been so patient to expalin everything to us and make sure that her car is in excellent working condition. Thank you so much! This kind of service is rare!
