Bernard West was wonderful, took me on two test drives, and explained everything with the vehicles. I just went to look at cars, and ended up with the perfect Kia for me the same day. They gave me a good price on the Kia Soul, and a great price for my trade in. I looking forward to dealing with Dothan Kia for a long time.

Let me tell y'all about my experience at Dothan Kia. I went to look at a Lexus drove the car liked it. I did the application based on the information the sales person told me. The loan came back from the financial agency not approving the whole loan amount which at that point they loan agreement was voided (dead). I called the next day spoke with the manager Jamie. He was so rude and disrespectful to me that I didn't want to give them my business anymore. So, long story short he tried to force me in accepting another loan agreement with a higher interest rate that I didn't agree to. Also, I tried to force me in accepting a new car. They refused to give me my car back once I returned the Lexus. They held my vehicle for 48 hours until I got an attorney. Save your self the hassle by not going there!!!! The service was horrible!!!!! I never leave reviews, but obviously it was horrible, so I took the time out to write this long paragraph.............

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Long story short they gave me a messed up car and when I tried to ask them to help fix the problems first all they wanted was my money and statements or to return the car back. So When I returned the car no one came up to me to ask how I could be helped I had to search for someone. But I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT BUYING FROM DOTHAN KIA. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR CASH FOR A MESSED UP CAR.

Out of the three Kia dealerships I have brought my car too this one was by far the best. The faculty and service are amazing and fully oriented to helping the client. Jeremy in the service department helped me exponentially, working with my hectic schedule to bring my car in, explaining to me in simple terms what is wrong with my car. Very polite and enthusiastic!
