I have been going to Sona in the Woodlands for about 8 months now. The staff are always courteous & professional. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The only treatment I've received so far is the laser hair removal. The tech is always punctual & professional. It's sometimes uncomfortable to be naked in front of a stranger, but the ladies are so good at making you feel comfortable in your own skin. They always check to ensure I'm not experiencing any pain or discomfort. They're so great :) Go see them!

I do not recommend it at all if you do not want to be deceived. Although friendly, the way the staf guides you about the treatment to be performed is, at the very least, erroneous and with little knowledge. My wife had to cancel the treatment because the results were far from explained. Management is ineffective and shies away from any responsibility for the results, offering little or no alternative, except that it wants to charge more to extend the treatment and 'eventually' achieve the desired outcome - but, as the manager said to me: "with no guarantees". A very lousy approach...

Love Sona Med Spa. I get laser hair removal and allll the women there make me feel very comfortable during the process! They always call and give reminders about upcoming appointments. Every one is very sweet, helpful and understanding.

I've been a client here for a few years now, and I have to say my experience here only gets better and better. I have done many laser hair removal areas which have been very successful for me. Now that my age is starting to show, I've started doing their pixel treatments along with some botox...I must say, it's done wonders for my skin and has made a huge difference! I love this place from the variety of treatments they offer and also making me feel right at home with their friendly staff.
