Even though we have not used their services I wanted to write a review for this location. I went in looking at permanent hair removal for my son and where they could have sold us a very expensive package they actually were super friendly and super honest. What looked like black hair at first glance under a strong light it had a red tint and therefore the success rate would not be good for this type of hair to be removed permanently. This was very honest, nor did they try to sell us on other options or make a hard sell on anything in fact they were just helpful and suggesting different options. I was impressed by their overall honesty.

The ladies that work here are phenomenal!! I was so worried that everyone would be snobby or look down on me because I don't look like a model, but nothing could be further from the truth. Ideal Image in The Woodlands is a warm, friendly, and inviting place that goes that extra step to make you feel welcome. The treatments work, and while some of it can be painful, they are totally worth it. So go splurge on yourself...you won't regret your decision!

Yes the personal are very friendly but do not waste your time or money on the laser treatment on your face. Yes it appears it is working during the contracted time but after that well guess what? Your hair comes back and now because they promote shaving, the facial hair is now coarse and now need to shave all the time. Again, DO NOT FALL FOR THER SALE PITCH. It does not work!

The best customer service and satisfaction! The ladies always greet you with a smile. I am getting hair removal on 2 areas of my face. After 7 treatments I have 90% hair loss and am very pleased with my results!! I was hesitant about the procedure as a woman of color fearing that there would be scarring or burn marks. My skin is smooth and hair free! I love this location and so glad I took the risk! It was definitely worth the results!
