Absolutely horrible customer service. When I asked what the wait was for a walk in I was handed a card and told, "go to another location"! Worst customer ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The "manager" is the rudest "professional" I have ever encountered. Do not spend your money here. Alice is the worst manager I have ever encountered do not spend money here. We have driven over 30miles one way for 6years because of how great the customer service WAS, NOW NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHILE THIS MANAGER IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION. THIS LOCATION LOST 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS AS I HAVE SAT HERE AND WATCHED THEM WALK OUT AFTER HER "Greeting" WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WOTNESSED OR RECEIVED. GREAT CLIPS, GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF.

I had my hair styled for a very hot, humid Houston wedding.  Angela did a great job.  My very fine hair looked nice and full and stayed great all night.  She was also very pleasant and professional.  Highly recommend Angela!!

So I've been coming here for about 2 months and little  problems here and there but today just did for me. I have a simple hair cut 1 on top 0 on the sides. How could you mess it up. We'll someone proved it to me today. This person looked like they did not care about how they cut hair. She had left a lot of single long hairs on top of my head. Did not cut the sides of my head evenly. Didn't ask me if I wanted to be edged up in the front but did it anyways. It's pretty sad when someone who claims they cut hair for a living but can do a simple 1 on top and 0 on the sides. I will not be coming back to this location or any other grate clips because they all suck at doing my simple hair cut. Also I never review anything even when I get a bad service so if you do read this just avoid the brand great clips.

Just got my hair cut by Angela. She was such a pleasure to sit with and she cut my hair just the way I like it!! 20 stars if I could!!!
