Really good food. They have me French fries instead of the tarter yours like they are supposed to, but the hamburger was awesome and not to much I've in the drink. So it was a good experience overall

This particular location brings shame to the Sonic drive-in name.
Never have I has the displeasure of ordering and only sometimes receiving food and drink from an establishment that even dares to call itself "fast food."
Literally every single miserable time I grace this place with my presence I am, first of all, ignored on the ordering; I have to press the button multiple times to even get someone to answer. This is in part due to the inferior equipment that the owners decided to basically slap a nice looking skin on, but the speakers and mics rarely work as they should, but even so the people taking the orders only sometimes get it correct requiring second and third attempts to ring in. Understand that this isn't just during rush periods; i have gone to this place when there were literally no other customers and gotten the same results.
Then the food comes out and honestly it is only the car hops that keep this place alive I am sure. They are polite despite getting absolutely destroyed by irate customers and probably even worse old guys who come here. They are already set up for failure because of the incompetent and rude individuals who barely take the orders, but i digress. The carhops do their best with a bad situation and i wish them well with that, but that brings me to the food.
The food, when it is correct, is more often an absolute cold mess. Out of the multiple visits (I'm a masochist and I liked Sonic in the past but this place has ruined it for me) only 2 times do i remember my items coming out in an edible fashion. To say nothing of the desserts! Those are a whole other situation that I don't even want to get into.
They do their best to correct their mistakes but there are so many that I usually just leave still hungry and substantially more pissed off.
Good luck with this place, hopefully it improves but I don't care anymore, I hope whoever owns it figures out what they are doing.

Food sucks hamburgers were pre made cold 2 times i have been there cheese not even melted i think they pre cook and but in water

I love their breakfast burritos, but every single time I go I have to repeat my order several times, and they still get my order wrong. It's so aggravating! even though they make mistakes I still make sure to tip my server a good amount. They should either fix their speakers or try a little harder.
