Well once again this place has lived up to it's high standard of screwing up. My advice to anyone thinking of stopping here and eating is to go right on down the road. If they are not burning food they are forgetting stuff like mustard and onions on chilli dogs.. If simple stuff like this eludes them, don't count on them washing their hands and following other Sanitation procedures. There's plenty of Sonics in any direction only a short distance away so really stopping at this one is just opening yourself up for food poisoning or worse and at minimum a messed up order.

We went to stall #19 press the button 3 different times and no one talked to ask about our order, we decided to go drive through in case there was something wrong with the stall, we got no response. As we went around every employee was standing by the door just talking to each other

Sat in the car In the drive through lane for 20 mins waiting for a medium Reese's blast and strawberry banana milkshake before I gave up and left there was no other cars in front of me and really weren't any other customers and I never got what I ordered completely and utterly horrid service! This Sonic Should be SHUT DOWN! IF That's the best they can do

They consistently get your order wrong and manager is rude when you tell her something is incorrect. I have never given them an attitude but always get treated like an ungrateful brat when i say something is not what I ordered. Went in this morning to get a drink. They opened at 7 but ignored me.
