I give it 3 stars. That's the maximum I'd give. It's not the service. It was the food. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip dinner. When I got it I could swear it was a 3 piece chicken nugget dinner with a child's handulf of fries. I wasnt that pleased with it. I mean for the price. You go to Popeye's and order chicken strips and that is what you get. You get actual strips. I swear the strips I got from here at this Sonic were a tiny bit bigger than a chicken nugget.

I have never been to such a dark drive in. Very old and dated. The chili fries were over loaded with greasy chili. I would consider other places first.

Excellent service and food. Always go to this Sonic Drive- Inn, you will not be dissatisfied.

I was craving an ultimate meat and cheese burrito with picante sauce, I had been thinking about it since I left home.  I wanted to get one before work started.  So I am driving to work and I passed a Sonic in Sulphur, I passed another on the Target exit, I passed another at the Hwy 14 exit, then I stopped at this one, because it's near work ..  Got there about 7:45ish ... pushed the red button and waited and waited and waited. About the time I was ready to throw the car into reverse, stomp on the gas and burn out of the parking lot because I was going to be late for work.  One of the car hops stopped by and said they weren't opening until 9:00 AM. All I could do is blink. I was stunned.  All I could think of was 9:00 AM - that is absolutely ridiculous, Sonic always opens early.  I had to go to McDonalds, and get one of their nasty burritos and .. bonus I was late for work.   I gave it two stars because the car hop was helpful.

Service was really good. Girl who brought my order was on the ball, had ketchup, napkins, everything ready. Food (footling chili cheese coney and tots) was hot and perfect! Wish my Sonic at home could cook their tater tots correctly like these! Impressed!!
