Can't go to this place with out them messing up my order 4 out of 5 times. How hard is it to not put mayo and tomato on a burger. I order it no mayo or Tom add mustard and ketchup. Can you please make sure the don't put mayo or tomato. Yes ma'am I sure will. Low and behold. The make the wrong burger on 2 burgers plus put mayo and tomato on both. So I ask them to remake it without and they still come out with damn mayo and tomato... yep I'm done with sonic won't be going back. Wish I could give them a negative star rating.

Love this Sonic! Great customer service and the food is good too! I’m a fan of their burgers and enjoy a coconut cream pie shake.

I would really like to meet with the owners and order lunch with them while the employees had no idea who was ordering so they could see how bad the service is. if it was just the long wait times or just bad service then i could look past those things but it is a constant and consistent issue with this sonic . Today's visit is what prompted this review i ordered a 5pc chicken strip dinner and a kids meal once i recieved my order i look in the box and it had 4 strips in the box they did correct the issue but if it takes 10 min in a drive through to put an order out it should be correct. I believe the issues here could be fixed if either the owners (a) knew there was an issue (b)took the time to train these young works properly Oh and the employees that were working were very nice and i believe doing the best they can

Service was great! I would not order food unless Sonic is your thing. Just get a slushy!
