I write this as I await my food. 45 minutes have passed. Am I forgotten? I don't know anymore. The dread is setting in, as I have 20 minutes until I have to be at the movie theater. Conflicted between a chili cheese dog or arriving to the new Avengers movie late? Should I sacrifice the film for the sake of my hunger? I'm having an existential crisis all because my hot dog hasn't come out in...now almost an hour. 

Joking aside. This place sucks. It's understaffed. And management or the owner should do something about it.

Loved it. Food was amazing. Ask for a fancy sprite (sprite with a couple pumps of watermelon, or any other flavoring) they guy that took our order was super friendly, going back again next time I'm in the area.

I love the fact that you can order anything from the menu (breakfast or lunch items) any time of the day. That being said, every time I order a supersonic burrito it is different than the last. The content level of ingredients always fluctuates along with the size and shape of the burrito. And I love their cheddar peppers, but most of the time you can tell that the oil vats really need to be changed, as the crunchy outside tastes like all the fried food menu items at once.

The service was terrible. I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then after waiting 45 minutes for food when the customers who came in after i did received there food. The cashier (who was not very polite) asked for our receipt, apparently she deleted the order. I asked to speak to the manager , after waiting another 10 minutes the manager delivered our order. He said he just came on duty and wanted to here details of what happened. The manager who he replaced left without coming to speak to me. This is suppose to be fast food, you should not spend a hour in a fast food restaurant to get your meal.

Service is SLOWwww!! The food in this restaurant is okay. I have ordered fries during my last two visits and they were cold, greasy, and had a weird taste. Tater tots were better. The oreo shake has little to none oreos, not like the ones served at Dennys. The strawberry sundae barely had strawberries. The burgers are good.
