The guy working tonight 11/24/2017 needs to be fired immediately. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A SUBWAY EMPLOYEE FOR NO REASON. I asked to have my sandwich toasted, it was in for maybe 5 seconds. Came out soggy and disgusting. I asked him to toast it a little bit more and he said we dont do that here!@!!!! LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!! Cmon now people get your act together.

Good food but bad customer service. Most of the time I go in and something is broke, food is prepped/ready to serve or I get the employees talking crap about their job/getting mad at customers. I did my fair share of fast food work and currently do sales. That kind of stuff would never go unnoticed. If you can get your staff more prepared and friendly, it'd be greatly appreciated.
