probabaly the best experience ive had with an insurance company. Sonny, Alex and Indy were very knowledgeable and were easy to talk to.i would highly reccommend them to anyone.

Sonny was my agent for a home owner's insurance policy, and I'm going to be switching to an auto insurance policy as well. I cannot recommend him enough. Sonny is very professional and knowledgeable about his products and is very much a straight-shooter. Several other people recommended him due to his integrity and willingness to always put you first. State Farm was not the cheapest policy, although the price is very competitive. Sonny patiently detailed all of the benefits the State Farm policy, and I was sold. Many of the insurance policies today are fairly similarly priced, so I would recommend working with someone who will follow-up with you and be on your side before and after the sale. I felt that other agents from other insurance companies were trying to make a quick sale, whereas Sonny has my family's best interests at heart.

I use Sonny Randhawa's office for all my insurance needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and their rates are competitive. I would recommend this State Farm office over any other in the area. My last agent acted if I was bothering them when I called. I am new to the El Sobrante area, and I enjoy the small town feel. The BEST insurance office in El Sobrante, Pinole area. I was with AAA for many years. I bought a new car last month and the dealership won't let us take the car without proof of insurance. I called my AAA agent but couldn't get hold of anybody there. The salesperson highly recommended Sonny Randhawa's State Farm office. So I called Sonny's office and I was simply amazed the way he handled the situation. He explained all the coverages in detail and still managed to give me the quote in less than 15 minutes. I gained more knowledge on insurance in 15 minutes than what I knew from AAA in 6+ years. I got my insurance and I made an appointment to meet with him the next day. I switched all my insurance policies with him and opened a retirement account. I had no idea State Farm has a bank and they have the best retirement plans. In the process he helped me SAVE A LOT OF MONEY. His staff ( Ofelia, Chaz and Clarissa) are cheerful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable and just the doggone nicest people.Sonny's office gives you that warm feeling which is quite rare these days. I recommend Sonny's office to everybody who is looking for insurance and financial services. Give them a chance and get the best service possible and as a bonus you probably will end up saving some $$$.
