Great Service using a Shuttle Bus from Petaluma to San Francisco for an event! We used a Sprinter Limo when visiting the Sonoma Wine Country and enjoyed our music and sound. Tried others in the area, they are okay, but this was the best experience for the prices offered.

Used True Elegance last week for wedding shuttle. We rented two buses for the event. Transportations were smooth. They had sign on the both the buses for wedding party so there were no hiccups. Drivers were nice, hospitable. They were professional chauffeurs and they perform their duties pretty well. They were staged at the wedding venue regardless we needed them or not. Buses were pretty clean and comfortable.
We recommend True Elegance limos and Chartes to everyone for their special events!!!

So I just had the pleasure of using this service for a Holliday party and I will say it was absolutely a one of a kind service, they were very professional from the booking of the service all the way down to the driver who did every thing possible to provide a safe and fun ride. I'd definitely recommend this company to all.
