DO NOT USE this travel agency. They are inefficient, unprofessional and dishonest. They eagerly collected my $25 research fee, and then did no research. The promise to do the research that very day, or the next business day was simply forgotten, once they had my money. A week later, without having had any contact, I had to make my own arrangements online. When I informed them and asked for a refund of the research fee, Tina promised to refund the money right away. After a month of emails and phone calls, followed by myriad excuses and numerous promises to process the refund, still nothing. I was warned by three different people not to use Sonoma Travel, but I foolishly tried them, anyway. Don’t be a fool. Avoid Sonoma Travel at all cost.

Excellent personal service. They help you plan every aspect of your trip and their knowledge of cruises is extensive. They make planning the trip fun.
