I have had very positive experiences before taking my child to the dentist here.They have all been very courteous and polite.The front office people and the dental assistants have been great too. Today when I took my child to the dentist ...He was seen by a Dr Owen ...He was rude and obnoxious. My son is autistic. Dr Owen started questioning him right away on when and how often he brushed his teeth. I began to answer for him and he rudely told me he can answer for himself. My son did not know how to answer the questions he was asking. I told him he is autistic. I tried to tell this Dr. this when he first came in and he would not listen. As any parent knows with a child of Autism it is hard to sometimes to get them to open their mouth to brush the teeth. Its a struggle but we do our best. He yelled so loud other staff and patients heard him, It was embarrassing and humiliating for me and my son. I was always satisfied before but never again will I allow this rude obnoxious dentist ever look at my son again.

My husband was treated a year ago! I was not impressed with the back office staff constantly interrupting the tech or dentist and not knowing how to perform a task. September 13th, 2017 I myself was treated for cracks in my tooth. Bobby Espinoza was not the most professional dentist I've been to, along with his back office staff interrupting. They are definitely a profit company, they wanted to do a crown instead of taking the alternative route ~ a filling!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Sonoma Family Dental. They have, by far, exceeded my expectations. Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, were extremely polite and kind. The cherry on top was that I was able to call during off hours and get an issue I had with my filling fixed in less than an hour. That level of customer service is impeccable and something I definitely appreciate.

Another successful visit to the Sonoma Family Dental Office. Words alone cannot describe the satisfaction I have with this professional office. The staff and Doctors are extremely courteous and respectful to their patients. I have proudly referred my family and co-workers to this location and will continue to with confidence. Thank you Sonoma Family Dental for the care you show and provide. You definitely set a standard that all dentist offices should follow.

I recently switched to Sonoma Family Dental. I like it so much better!!! The office is very comfortable and clean. The staff are amazing, they are super friendly, gentle and patient. My dentist was very informative about preventive measures I should take to not just cover up some problems I have been having, but to prevent them from reoccurring again. Also my dentist was very proficient, he got things done right the first time, in a timely matter. I just want to say a big Thank You to everyone at Sonoma Family Dental. Not only do I love them, my kids love them too. Sincerely The Christensen's
