SouLift is so much more than a gym. The owner, Dave, is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and accommodating. You get to have personal input on each session without paying a fortune for personal training. I was very nervous to start, but I feel right at home! Thanks to the SouLift crew for their amazing spirits!

The workouts are challenging, but fun. I like that you work out in a group, but at your own pace. Dave and staff are there to show you proper form and technique, correct your form so you don't hurt yourself and to cheer you on. I was intimidated about going to a gym, but Dave & Josh put me at ease right away. There is no judgement here by anyone, staff or fellow gym members. One member put it best when she said that Soulift is her oasis. I totally agree. Do yourself a favor and get into Soulift. What's the worst that will happen? You get into better shape, you become and feel healthier, you'll have more confidence and you'll make friends😃

I was looking for a nice gym after my husband and i moved from Ohio. My boss told me about soulift and he gave me a gc for a month. After my month finished i decided to join this gym, because of the kindness and the hard work of the owners. They take care of you, and they want to change your life.

This place is fun, professional, non-judgemental. A great work out no matter your level of fitness and completely individualized to you. I highly recommend it!

I injured my back in the way-way back year of 1999. I injured it again in 2014. I'm often told by doctors that I can't do this and I can't do that. Go ride a bike or swim. Anything that is low impact. So everyone knows, at this point, that I'm riding my bike. But it takes hours to feel the same exhaustion/workout high that I felt with running. And then I was invited to take a Glorious Glute class with a friend. What happened was, dare I say, life changing. I was smoked. I was so sore I couldn't walk. But David told me to stick it out. So I did. And I joined his gym. And he continues to smoke me. I work hard, I sweat hard, and I CAN finish the workout. I don't worry about reinjury (David is all about correct form). I am so much stronger, both physically and mentally. So after being told that I can't do this or that and feeling completely defeated and like my body was failing me, I have realized that I CAN. And I DO. #nevertheminimum
