I went to Soundfx to have an automatic starter put in my SUV. I have to say the customer service was the best. They were quick and efficient, very knowledgeable about the products and were extremely fair in price. I was so pleased with my experience here that I took my dads van to have a starter put in as well. I recently bought a new car and will be taking my car there for its automatic starter as well! Highly recommend!!!

Very upset with their lack of service. I booked an appointment almost 2 weeks ago. I told them in advanced I had to stay because that was my main source of transportation. They told me no problem and would only take a couple of hours. When I drove all the way there on time and super excited they told me It would be done by 5pm!!! A full 8 hours !.... I feel like sound fx should have planned better and made their time around my needs since i waited  and did my part, but was truly let down.... Poor management...they shouldn’t book so many people at one time and tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there a different story!

High Quality merchandise. Not the fastest service but they get the job done right. Fixed my audio problem after two days of the car sitting in the shop. Would give 5 stars but they accidentally left my car out in the open unlocked over night with expensive equipment inside. After all, they found the issue and speakers were repaired. Everything was under warranty so no cost on my end. Glad I chose SoundFX
