Best Buy is a busy place, but they always have something going on, in, or out, as any good Best Buy does.

Sales were going on, recycling going in, and my money going out of my pocket. It is my sincere hope that all they collect goes to some place where it's reused, because I want to support a place like that.

The customer service is pretty good. I do wish that I could get better information on products and that there was a better sense of selection, but it's a good place to get specific things.

Very Knowledgeable staff and very helpful but the layout of the store was slightly confusing due to Brands being grouped instead of product type.

There aren’t many of these around left. I live in Taunton and the one in the mall closed so this is the closest one. It’s usually worth the drive and I can find what I want. Employees always help when asked sometimes even come up and ask me. Some items are a little pricey but others are pretty cheap

Their customer service is a joke — never buy any products from this store. Rude, unprofessional, doesn’t know their own return policy nor can produce it when requested, and couldn’t answer simple questions. Made up their own rules (never could produce the policy and what they said wasn’t stated on the receipt) and forced me to go to another store to process the return — too lazy or clueless on how to handle the return. The GM should start making some major changes to its customer service staff if he wants to keep this store opened....
