SFACS is the 1st charter school exclusively for students with autism spectrum disorders residing in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Curriculum is based on Applied Behavioral Analysis, and our school is tuition-free. We are a non-profit organization.
The mission of SFACS is to provide education and services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) residing in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We target students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder who have communication deficits and/or behavioral challenges, and who may require training in self-help skills. The methodologies of Applied Behavioral Analysis are applied in conjunction with Florida Sunshine State standards for students on a modified curriculum in order to provide the most effective individualized educational programs possible.

Year 1: 2009-2010 – Grades K – 8th - 81 students
Year 2: 2010-2011 – Grades K – 9th - 90 students
Year 3: 2011-2012 – Grades K – 10th - 99 students
Year 4: 2012-2013 – Grades K – 11th - 108 students
Year 5: 2013-2014 – Grades K – 12th - 117 students
