This is the second time that I have had a ring made by JCD Jewelers. They do not disappoint! The craftsmanship is impeccable! I love that one can bring in their own gold jewelry and they are able to use it when designing one’s unique piece. It makes the jewelry seem affordable. I highly recommend this jeweler for their fairness and unique expertise!

Had a family heirloom ring repaired, and here are some highlights and lowlights, first the highlights 1. Staff was very friendly 2. repair done in a timely matter. Now for the lowlights, 1. I feel I was overcharged, this is totally my fault, I should of got a second quote. 2. I had the band of a ring repaired and I can tell where the repair was made it isn't as seamless as a previous ring I had done from another jeweler 3. I had to ask for the piece of silver that was cut off back, so if you want your scrap gold or silver remember to tell them they don't automatically give it back. Just based on the quality of work done, I probably won't be back.

I had been here several times over the years for little things...watch batteries, ring sizing, rhodium work, necklace repair, etc and decided to have my engagement ring designed here.  I took some ideas to Max, provided all verbal instruction lots of them and I am very particular of what I want and three weeks later to the day as promised, we picked up our ring...it.was.perfect.  Everything I had shared with Max was done with precision.  We can't thank you enough for creating this beautiful ring.  We definitely will be back for my wedding band.

I decided to use Jewelry Custom Design from a recommendation that was given to me by a trusted friend who had also used their services in the past. I had a ring designed from scratch that I planned to give to my fiance as his wedding band. We incorporated his father's wedding band and his grandmother's original engagement ring and band toward the metal for the ring. I wanted to make it really special so we also used 2 of his grandmother's diamonds and one of his mother's diamonds. I only showed the owner one image of what I had in mind and he truly brought it to life. I surprised my fiance with it when I got home and he absolutely loved it and of course cherished the sentimental value. I highly recommend this store for any of your jewelry needs.

Word to the wise: design your wedding ring at Jewelry Custom Design! I'm so glad my girlfriend now fiance and I didn't just pick a ring out from some store. She knew what she wanted, and Jewelry Custom Design made the exact ring of her dreams. She can't stop staring at it, and I can't stop thinking about how good of a choice I made. The customer service is incredible, and the ring is perfect.

Maxim provides excellent service. I purchased a custom ring from him, and he was very helpful on getting everything designed exactly as I wanted. The process start to finish was quick and easy. I was able to pick everything from the ctr stone to the metal material, and Max gave great advice throughout this process. I did not feel pressured at all to settle on any part of the ring.  I am overall so happy to have a one-of-one piece handcrafted by someone who cares about their end product and ensuring it will last a lifetime. He also changed a battery in my watch, he was done in a flash!

This jewelry store did an amazing job on my custom ring! I would recommend them to everyone.

If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable jeweler, this is the place to go. I've had multiple pieces of jewelry repaired here and I'm always impressed with the quality of work and how quickly it gets done.

The service was great. I have gone to this jeweler for years when I needed batteries replaced i  watched. Now it was time for an engagement ring. Max patiently worked with me and was able to hand make a picture into reality. He was able to stay within my budget and was thoughtful enough to show me the different sizes and grades of diamonds. He even added in some extra supporting diamonds into the hand made ring free of charge. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for rings or other jewelry.
