The manager at this store named Jeff was so much help to me- he was patient and answered all my questions- he took the time to make sure I understood. everything about my new phone. A real pleasure!

I have been to this store several times in the last year and each time I have been greeted promptly and treated like a valuable customer. Definitely recommend this location as it will save you a great deal of time since you won’t be waiting in line forever at the Verizon corporate stores.

I wanted to thank Vanessa for the great customer service I received on 7/7 for an upgrade on my phone. I work in a customer service profession as well so I understand what and how to give excellent customer Service. While in the store Vanessa had to deal with a rude uncaring individual. Vanessa remained calm took care of this person with much class & grace. Vanessa is confident in what she does. Her multi tasking is outstanding.

I will make this my go to store for my phone needs knowing she will be there.

First I am not my grandson, Derek Friedman☺ My experience at the New Hudson store was great by the determination of Chaz to make sure my new phone was working properly after discovering it to be defective. It was the last L5 in that store also. The South Lyon store came to the rescue with a new one.    Thank You Chaz for your persistence and conversation during the ordeal. For being 20 years old you have great people skills Chaz.
