I used their over night boarding and my dog had a medical issue at the time. The staff was very nice. Extremely helpful. Not to much else to say.

Fast, friendly and very thorough. All four of our pets have been well cared for each visit. I like that they have walk in appointments. !

I have been taking my pets here for many years and had always been very happy, until a couple of weeks ago. My senior dog had been having some difficulties for several months but had never appeared to be in pain, continued eating drinking and seeking love but 2 Saturdays ago I returned home after being gone less than an hour to find her unable to stand or lift her head and struggling to breathe. We knew it was time to say goodbye and immediately called the vet to make sure they could get us in to ease her suffering. They told us to come on down, I called again on my way to tell them I would be there in 5 min. When I arrived we were taken into a room immediately and they brought a blanket back for my dog. Then for 20 to 25 min we stood there and watched my dog struggle and then eventually die. She was up on a table so I didn't want to leave her to find someone and have her fall. My 9 yr old daughter was there and crying, I didn't want to send her or leave her either, so we just held onto our dog and said our goodbyes. No other staff ever came in. When she was gone we went to the front desk to tell them and I was handed a form and a bill for permission to euthanize. I told them, no, you never came in and she died on her own. If I had wanted my dog to suffer and die on her own I would've kept her home. I sent an email to South Temecula a week later hoping they would have some excuse for failing us when we needed them most and still have not received a reply. I don't know what has happened but this does not seem like the same vet I started with years ago and certainly not one I will be taking any of my other animals to.

We love the team at South Temecula Veterinary in. They take care of our dog and 3 cats. Dr. Brooks is very thoughtful about choosing his method of treatment and the staff does a great job trimming our dog's nails. He's a big baby when people touch his feet!

The staff of vet techs at STVH Is truly amazing. Dr.Jensen is so passionate about Animals its a joy to visit even in not so enjoyable situations.
