The most knowledgeable and kindest staff of any business I've been to in Temecula. I received so much important information when we got our kitten. They really take a lot of time to talk to you, suggest the best products for your needs, give advice on transitioning your lifestyle with a new pet, and overall makes shopping here a wonderful experience. They even remember my pets when I come in again.

They offer tons of weekend services that seem to change depending the week/month: discounted microchipping, rabies vaccines, raw food sampling, training classes, etc. 

The store is also super clean and organized. I love the treat samples they give out and the fact they have refillable litter at discounted prices and a huge section in the back to bathe your pet yourself! I would recommend this pet shop over any! Such wonderful people! I wish every pet store was like this.

*Really confused by the one negative comment saying they couldn't return the toy the next day. We've returned an opened bag of food our cat didn't like, a relaxation collar that didn't work, and they were nothing but polite and understanding. They have a customer supportive refund policy if you ever don't like a product they refund you in full. *

Great store,  they have everything and more that the big stores are out of.  Always very helpful and open.  Lots of good healthy food for our pets,  we are glad we found it.  Its a life saver.  Thankyou unleashed we need you!!!

Family got my pup a gift from here, broke the next day, and the store refused to return it without a receipt. "Merry Christmas thanks for your money"
