We have been at the place in order to change the brake pads and rotors repairs. We called and they give us 500 $ quote. When arriving there they told us that the job will be done in 4 hours. We waited until 4 pm from 10 am, more than 6 hours and the job was done only for the forward wheels. The forward wheels paint was damaged. When asking why the job was not done for the back wheels they told me that they make a mistake initially and now will cost 1000 $ if we want also the back wheels done. The manager was very rude calling me "Mammon" when reporting the damage of the wheels. Stay away of this place.

Since moving to Laredo I have been to this shop 3-4 for my car and for my husbands car. The customer service is great and the prices can't be beat. My husband's a claims adjuster and knows good deals when he sees them. They treat all their customers like family and get you in and out quickly. You can make an appointment with them or walk in and they treat you just the same. This is definitely our go to mechanic for the remainder of time we're in town. Thanks for everything Joel!

Hands down the best Mechanic shop I've visited in quite some time. Not only was the service fast and on point, but the customer service was stellar. The owner is on site, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I went in for a brake service, but they offer a lot of other services as well. You will pay way below what dealerships charge and you will only pay for what your vehicle really requires and not what the dealerships up charge you. Very pleased and highly recommend. Good job!!

Love this place absolutely the best place Service was great they went above and beyond what I would expect from a repair shop and they even took us to our hotel and drop this off and willing to pick us back up unbelievable and we're just strangers to them very fast and reliable when they diagnose a problem is it's definitely the problem no beating around the bush just simple facts they take care of you swiftly and efficiently I've never been more impressed and that's saying a lot since my occupation is driving around the country and I've never been treated this good
