It was a good experience. Dropped off my truck and lady was very helpful and offered shuttle to take me back. Love that I got a text when my truck was ready. No pressure and absolutely no hassle. Everyone very curteous and professional. I was amazed the way everyone worked like clockwork. I had not been there for over ten years and it is a whole lot better than back then. Keep up the great work!!

Excellent Customer Service in the Parts Department. The counter parts representatives know their stuff. Bobby and Joe have extensive experience and always have a truthful honest answer. They are very helpful and always get back with me on quotes and orders... Lawrence Bruni also goes above and beyond the call of duty... He has personally delivered parts even after hours... Sometimes dealers get a bad reputation... but not here. Glad to know they have and excellent team. Keep up the good work.

Horrible experience!!! I had a warranty issue with my truck, called them ahead of time and was told "we aren't very busy and can get to your problem right away". I explained that I was in a hurry and didn't have all day to wait around. They still said they weren't too busy me could take care of the problem right away. Then when I showed up 10 minutes later this was NOT the circumstance, they give me some BS run around story and blah blah blah. So I told them to give me back my keys since they obviously weren't interested in the easy warranty work. I can guarantee that I wasn't a priority since I didn't buy the truck there. Mind you I am traveling on business an not from this area but I still am a Chevy customer. Total joke of a service dept and I'll just find somebody else to fix my problem.

I arrived i was given a run around for a bit. Because they couldn't find my paper wok or my keys. Everyone was actually very nice and were able to find them . They a wonderful job the first time they worked on my car. But this time my when i arrived home we realized that my brake lights would not turn off. But by that time they were closed and had to take it to someone to get it fixed.

May 16,2017 My 2014 Silverado truck stops unexpectedly. Then internet has over 1,000 cases of the "stabilitrak" light coming on as the truck sputters to a dead stop. The dealership did not mention any internet data in their findings. They act like " we didnt know anything about that". The only thing they did was drive the truck around the parking lot in an attempt to replicate the problem. I find this entirely a poor business practice exposing the dealership / manufacturer to dangerous liability . Thus, I continue to drive a dangerous vehicle exposing myself and others to possible bodily harm including fatal injury as a result of their negligence. Arnulfo Fito Santos Jr
