Even though we didn't end up getting a Nissan, the sales person was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. He helped set us up with the salesperson at Chevy that was fantastic.

I'm not gonna lie. I was gonna put a bad review about the service dept. They went on prices and it was ridiculous for the price, but then a young man in the front changed it up for me real quick. His kindness and great customer relation was what changed my review. I hope Family Nissan realizes what kind of people they have in the service dept. Great job guys! Thanks for helping and treating a veteran with awesome customer service! HUA!

I didn't like anything about my experience at nissan here is my story I get "helped" by one of the sales men there Mr Mendoza and quotes me 17000 for a used truck i made the math in my head and went ahead to see what financing i could get through nissan while i waited for my estimate I asked the sales man questions like interest and the length of the term all to which he deviated from the subject he came back with a paper with the option to pay 589$ for 72 months and i imidiately say wait a minute thats like 36000 dollars so I asked why and they say that is the worst case scenario so i ask them to give me the best they can do when he comes back he practicaly shoves me into Mr Martinez's office with the finance department and he like they say in other commens is pushy and corners you into buying which I did not he gives me option number 2 500 a month for 60 months which is a whole lot better but still 30000 for a 17000 dollar truck i would have paid it twice so i say no and no and no and this guy is badgering me into signing and I tell him I was not ready to sign that I would go the next day, i missed out a part with the salesman he had asked me if i was going to give a dwn payment and I said yes how much he asked I said I told him I could give no more than 2000 upfront when he was running my credit he asked how i would give the down payment cash check or debit I said debit and he asked me for my card I asked what he was going to do with it and said its just to vet the info for the paper work, well i finally left the dealership hoping I would never go back the next day just out of curiosity I checked my bank account and sure enough I was missing 2000$ without my consent and without me signing anything agreeing on buying anything that was low and there is more to the story but after a a whole day of going back and forth and a huge headache I got my money transferred back to my account and I was done with them all I will say is that if I didnt authorize a charge on my card there shouldnt have been one oh and you might say well maybe your credit is bad and you got hit by high interest but I had a 754 before they applied to 8 financial institutions and now my credit score is a 735 thanx alot family nissan of laredo
