If you don't have time at least 2 hours to wait, don't make an appointment, because the manager is going to call the police if you argue why you are being served. I brought my 3 children to get a checkup of all family with my insurance from my employer. Before going to this place, I called them and made sure that they serve special kids, and they confirmed that they do.

On December 26, we came 15 minutes before the appointment time which was at 2:30pm with the whole family.
We waited for more than 1 hour and saw that even people who came after us already went to see a doctor ahead of us. My little daughter is a special child and can't tolerate sitting in one place for a long time. So she started crying demanding that we leave.
I went to talk to the manager and asked why they haven't called us, although the appointment was almost 2 hours before. She said that that was normal wait time for this place. I explained to her that for a person who get paid on an hourly basis, this is not "normal" practice. I explained to her that my little daughter is a special child and we cannot wait any longer. 

I got very angry when the manager said that every child is special, so she will not make any changes. She simply said if I don't want to wait, I can go. That was even annoying. 

I demanded her to make that arrangement as a manager to get my family to be seen by a doctor, however, she refused. The manager also told me that I was threatening her or screaming at her and said that she will call the police. Of course, ladies sitting next to her confirmed that she was right. The I told her she probably got cameras everywhere and told her to go ahead and do what she want. I was ready because this manager did not know absolutely what customer care is. I was also sure that I did not yell at her, and I was confident that she had the cameras, and police would have access to assess the situation.

...She called the police. I went outside to wait for the police near its door. Police came, I explained the situation that we are waiting for longer than 2 hours and asked the police to view the camera video records before believing the manager's accusations. My wife also explained what she has seen. Police saw the situation, and I am sure was quite experienced with such "money hungry" dentists offices. He simply told me to leave and if he would need any information, he will call me. I left this place with my family which took out so much time and my nerves.

One thing amazes me. Why our authorities allow dentist offices like South Dental steal customer time, while if a customer can't make the appointment or comes to the appointment later than the appointment time, allow them to bill for the services? Is that fair?

I have not receive neither calls nor apologies from this office. Therefore, please don't even think of going there unless you want the manger to call a cop.

My visit was disaster. I didn't even see a doctor as waiting time exceeded two hours. It was only annual check.  Front office personals terribly awful and don't care about their customer. They treated me as if it was my fault to wait two hours . By the way, don't trust reviews with five stars. Most of them is fake. Those people are friends and relatives  of that office and clinic staff. Shame on you!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good with kids. My boys had a great experience. I will definitely return. They have balloons for the kids as Well.

Affordable with very compassionate staff, quick turn around time from in to out of your appointment. Was worth way more than they charged and I would’ve paid it too! Great place!

The front staff was welcoming... the Assistant that took my X-rays was very efficient ... Claudia was extremely welcoming... Dr. Mcray was awesome... The waiting time was horrible...but I was already prepared for the long wait since I was a walk in patient and as a waiting adult..there should be better TV choices...
