I've had several procedures done here and I must say...best dentist in Houston! The inside is gorgeous and so modern, you instantly feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Austin is so knowledgeable and explains every detail so you understand. The staff was also great with my 5 year old - very gentle and friendly. She loved the prize box at check-out! I would absolutely recommend Texas Star Dental!!

This is probably the best dentist office on the planet. I can’t imagine going anywhere else ever again. The staff is very welcoming and really tries to make sure you are comfortable. There are even tv’s above your head to watch during your procedure. It’s a welcome distraction. Dr. Rollo is amazing and her assistant Kristin is amazing right along with her. Seriously, if I ever move out of state, I’ll have to fly back in for my appointments. It’ll be worth it!

I am shocked Dr. Austin is still able to practice Dentistry. I am not her patient; however Dr. Rollo was not available. I came in for a fill and it took 2 hours. I had a small simple chip on the side of my tooth and somehow ended up with her filling my whole tooth for no reason. When I said something about it, I had to deal with her superficial attitude. If there were negative stars, she would have received a few today.   I truly like Dr. Rollo.  Unfortunately, I cannot return to this establishment for my dental needs. I just don't trust Dr. Austin as a "business owner"!  PLEASE beware...

Our family loves Texas Star Dental. Dr. Austin is fantastic.  She makes everyone in our family feel good about their dental care.  My kids enjoy going to the dentist now.  The office is very kid friendly, clean and makes you feel at home.

I really hate leaving negative reviews when it comes to businesses because I understand that we’re all customers and eventually we will be seen next. The last two times I’ve been it seems like they just forgot about me there and I was just sitting in the chair watching the home builder show they always have on. By the second episode of the show I knew that it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes with out them checking in on me. I know it’s a business and we’re all dollar signs going into that door but they need to be more attentive and work on their communication skills with the customers. Maybe we should get a credited an inconvenience fee just like they like to charge us when we can’t make it in. I truly do not know if they just need more staff or do a better job at scheduling appointments but unfortunately they have lost me as a customer.
