I wouldn't give them one star if I had the option. They don't respect people's time and apparently they don't appreciate good patients. I specifically asked for one treatment and they tried to get more money out of me. My whole morning was wasted after strategically planning this visit.  I wouldn't send my dog here.

They are slow as hell. My first appointment I arrived at 11:00 and waited three hours think they was going to get treated only to get a   consultation and they told me to come back. My next appointment was 3:30. I arrived at 3:36 with my children to get treatment and they told me I had to wait long because I was 20 minutes late despite the fact I told them I was only 6 minutes late and we didn't leave until 6 when they close and they told me they had to split my two children procedures up and that I had to come back two more times for each of them and had the nerves to ask for a good review...as if...?!

Very nice ladys but I got here at 9:02 am an my kid's appointment was at 9. Waited til 11:45 when I finally decided to talk out because they took too long to finally put him in the room and were taking longer to see him. He didn't get to have anything done but pictures in that time. Never coming back.

This office is great! The receptionist was prompt in attending to me and Sam answered all my questions. Dr. Nguyen was very patient with me especially since I was sick. I was terrified it was going to be extremely painful but it was the exact opposite. First time I've been to the dentist and was glad I went.  I will be going back.

We had an appointment. They saw us quickly once we checked in. My daughter had two fillings. They were quick and had great patience  with her. She was not feeling well, her nose congested and she was afraid of having pain. They took several breaks and  made efforts to ensure pain controlled. They explained everything to her so she could understand. That made sure to ask me questions, too, as the parent.  They are good with kids.
