We stayed at Southern Charm bed and breakfast in December, we stayed in "Clara's Cabin". Even though the temperature outside was 30 degrees we stayed warm and comfy in the cute cabin and the extremely comfortable bed. The cabin has an interesting Native American decor. We really enjoyed the hot tub also! The proprietor, Kat, cooked us a very tasty breakfast.

We had 2 couples, and rented both rooms of the Harrison House, which has two bedrooms, each with their own bath, and a shared space for hanging out.  We had a wonderful stay.  Kat is a fantastic host, with plenty of information on the local areas and people, as well as her own stories.  The breakfasts were INCREDIBLE, and the location is extremely close to main street and attractions.  There is an enclosed 4 person hot tub, too.  They are opening a larger property soon, so it will be great to stay there at sometime.  We'll definitely be back!!

We just spent our 23rd anniversary in Fredericksburg and stayed in the Sienna Suite of Southern Charm Bed and Breakfast. It was our first time in 23 years to stay at a bed and breakfast and it was a MUCH better experience than our first time (a cabin-like bed and breakfast in Durango, Colorado on our honeymoon). The room was very comfortable and had a private bathroom, TV, mini fridge, microwave, and separate entry from the other site. The breakfasts we had were delicious! My personal favorite was the jalapeno cornbread with ham and gravy, roasted potatoes, sausage, and fruit cup. Coffee, water, and juice we're also provided. It is within walking distance to Main St. We would definitely stay here again. SIDE NOTE: Try to arrive before the sun goes down. The residential street does not have much lighting and the house numbers are difficult to see (some not even marked) so it was kind of hard to find it in the dark.

We stayed in the Victorian Suite. It was really nice and the breakfast made by our host was awesome! Hope to come back again

True to its name! Very cozy. 
We stayed at Clara's cabin and its a perfect home away from home. Comfortable bed and very well decorated. Its an outdoorsy cabin feel, very tastefully done. Breakfast was fantastic and home cooked by Kat the owner. There aren't many B&B's that actually cook and she does an amazing job. Its a private cabin with a garden area including a private full sized hot tub. It has covered parking also. I highly recommend this place. If you're looking for the perfect honeymoon get away this is your spot. Seriously, look no further! The owners are friendly and have gone the extra mile to ensure you've got everything you might need. A rare jewel.
