I was late because I got the time wrong, I'll admit. They let me come in because I am a new patient. I got X-rays and briefly met with Dr. Campbell. The assistant who took the X-rays and Dr. Campbell were very cordial and welcoming and explained one issue well. I wasn't told when I arrived that I wouldn't be able to have my teeth cleaned because I was late (understandable). The hygienist who then informed me that I'd have to reschedule my cleaning was far less professional than Dr. Campbell or the assistant who took the X-rays. She seemed rather put out that I'd put them behind schedule. I will return for my cleaning and a filling I need, but would prefer a different hygienist if one is available. I returned today: April 18 for the cleaning I missed last time and for the filling I needed. I found the staff to be prompt, courteous, and did excellent work from what I can tell so far. My opinion of this office has increased greatly since last time.

Dr Trammel is simply the best. He is kind, compassionate and gentle. My experience as always was the best. The staff in the office are wonderful. They are always smiling and eager to help. I'm always treated with respect and am sure I'm their "most favorite" patient. That is how I feel when I leave there and I don't wish to know any different! Having recently experienced a stressful occurrence regarding my teeth, I walked in the door and knew that everything would be alright. That is so important to me at my age. Thank you all.

I am very impressed with Dr. Campbell and his staff. They treated me as a valued patient. My teeth were cleaned and I feel so much better. I am actually looking forward to my next dentist visit. Keep up the great work!

Professional, polite, kind and caring staff.... from front office to the chair. Dr Trammel is great and even tho I moved out of state, he's still my dentist! Thank you all for such awesome care.

Dr Trammell is so professional. I appreciated him calling afterwards to check on me. Best dentist I've ever used!
