I went shopping at their new location and found a few things that I was looking for but every single item was so dirty that I didn't buy anything.

On their donation end I called first to make sure they were accepting donations and was told they were but when I got there was turned away.  I understand that they get overwhelmed with incoming stuff but I don't understand why they can't simply inform the people who answer the phone.

I love thrift shopping to save money and help a good cause but when I walked into the grants pass store I almost fainted at the prices! $40 for some nikes that I saw at the Ross next door brand new for $50 or $8 for a used hurly t shirt! I can't believe I drove all the way to grants pass from Medford for nothing :(
